Participant Instructions
IMPORTANT NOTES:
● The exam will be conducted fully online using auto-proctoring. The system detects cheating activity and can disqualify cheaters. The reasons for disqualification can be: ○ Denying the access to camera
○ Denying the access to screen sharing
○ Not looking at the screen or covering the face
○ Verbal communication on the background (noise, whispering)
○ Opening other tabs or browsers
● The exam is only available between the Exam Start and Exam Finish time. You will not be able to take the exam outside these times.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
● The exam is to be taken online using a device (computer, tablet or a phone). ○ Supported web-browsers: Chrome (at least Chrome 54) and Safari (from Version 15.4).
○ Supported devices: Windows PC, Android phone/tablet, MacBook, iPad and iPhone.
● The device must have a frontal camera and microphone.
How to take the exam?

Sign in at https://exam.phiconnections.org using username and password
Login details will be set a week before the exam date, please try demo before the exam date.

Navigate to the "Competitions" section in the left-side menu. Find the competition under the "Subscribed" category.

Click on the competition card to open it and then click the “Start” button to begin the exam.

Follow the prompts by clicking “Next” and “Let’s start.”

Grant permission to your camera so we can verify your identity as a participant.

Allow access to your entire screen to ensure no other tabs or browsers are being used.

Ensure you are sitting alone in front of the camera with no background noise or distractions.

Once you begin the exam, you must finish it within the designated duration without interruptions.

Upon completion, click “Submit” and confirm your submission by clicking “Yes.”
